I'm glad you liked the design of his outfit! :>


I really enjoyed drawing him! : D Tho I must confess... it's mainly because of his elf ears haha. *has an elf ears fetish* :XD:

About the background.. Hopefully it resembles forest..
I wont draw forest bgs for future commissions, because I clearly suck lol.

I hope I'm getting better with Photoshop~ The lineart and base colours were done in Open Canvas but I guess I should start doing them whole fully in CS3... OC is tricky and crrraaasssheees on me.

Now next I'll doodle something eazy...
...or finish something...

Very nice. The background isn't that bad. You're doing cel-shading so there's no need for a realistic one (it'd look out of place) and it does a fine job suggecting that there's a forrest there. Perhaps the light columns should be broken up more to make it look like there's more foiliage though.
